  1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before delivery or shipment (for orders placed and delivered within India):

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by logging into your account at www.littleguardian.in and selecting the ‘My Account’ section.

  • Once the cancellation request is processed, your refund will be credited within 24–48 business hours.

  • You cannot cancel individual items within an order; cancelling one item means cancelling the entire order.

  • If your order has already been shipped or delivered, you cannot cancel it. You can request a return once it is delivered.

  • You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation request by email or text message.

  • Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be undone. You can place a new order if you still wish to buy the product.

  • If an order is cancelled while in transit, the refund will be processed only after the product is received and checked at our warehouse.

  • For bundled or combo offers, if one product is cancelled, the entire offer or combo order will be cancelled.

  • If any product from an offer has already been delivered, cancellation will not apply to the rest of the items in that offer.

Refunds for cancelled orders:

  • Refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours after the cancellation request is approved.

  • If the shipment has already been dispatched, refunds are processed once the products reach our warehouse and pass quality checks.

  • For payments made through cards or net banking, the refund will be sent to the same account within 2–3 business days after processing.

  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer once we receive your bank details by email. This usually takes 2–3 additional business days.

  • If you used a discount coupon or offer, the benefit of that coupon will not be refunded once the order is cancelled.

Discount vouchers used during payment are for one-time use only. If you cancel an order where a discount code was applied, the voucher will be considered used.

  1. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Little Guardian. If you’re not happy with your order, you can raise a return request within 15 days of delivery by logging into your account and visiting the ‘My Account’ section.

If you checked out as a guest, please create an account using the same email or phone number used during checkout to request a return.

Please ensure the following for a successful return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

  • Include all parts, freebies, and the original invoice when returning the product.

  • Pack the product securely before handing it over to the courier.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage if the wrong item is handed to the courier.

Once the returned product is received and passes quality checks, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Pickup time for returns is usually within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Delays may occur due to courier or logistical issues.

  1. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.

  • Products missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • Products altered, used, or washed.

  • Custom or sale items.

  • Returns requested after 15 days of delivery.

  • Free gifts or promotional items.

  1. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

All products go through quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Log into your account and raise a return request under the ‘My Account’ section.

  • The product will be picked up within 2–4 business days.

  • Refund will be processed after we receive and verify the item.

  • We do not offer replacements; only refunds are processed.

  1. Partial Returns

You can return individual items from your order. However, each order allows only one return request. Any complimentary items received must also be returned.

Ensure the return pickup address matches the delivery address. If the order was gifted, the pickup will be arranged from the original delivery address.

  1. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed once the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

  • For card or net banking payments: Refunds are credited to the same account within 2–3 business days.

  • For cash-on-delivery orders: Refunds are made via bank transfer within 2–3 business days after receiving your bank details.

  • Coupons or discounts used during purchase will not be reapplied or refunded.
